Join Erika for a 2 hour journey of restorative and mindfulness. We will explore postures that will relax the body and allow us to tap into our mental capacity to work with our thoughts and mindsets.
Compassion requires us to soften our hearts. In traditional mindfulness practices, this process starts with finding the capacity to explore an attitude of compassion towards ourselves, to then be able to extend it to others. We will work with loving kindness meditations, as we explore the capacity to find deep states of relaxation, softening our bodies to soften our hearts.
Sunday, 27th October, 3:00-5.00pm – Suitable for all levels of experience including absolute beginners
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on workshops if unattended. If you are unable to attend a workshop, you can pass your space on to a person of your choice. You will need to notify the studio in writing prior to the workshop.
