Inversions are extremely beneficial bringing a sense of empowerment and confidence to one’s practice and self and helping us release fear. Claire will be taking you on a 3 hour journey of exploration of these more challenging postures.

Introduction to being upside down.
Breath work and bandhas.
Wrist protection and stability
Sun salutations and warm up
Working through the pillars of inversions.
