SEASONS OF YIN YOGA TEACHER Training | 30 Hour Course
Seasons of yin is a unique course through the elements of daoist philosophy that lies at the heart of the practice of yin. The course will offer a deep and full experience to the practitioner, as we embrace the journey through seasons and elements. We will step away from the fast paced daily rhythm of life, to embrace cyclical living.
The course will offer:
- Yin sequences for each season
- Lectures on the core foundations of the yin practice and daoist philosophy
- An understanding of yin and its impact on the body and nervous system
- Practices for seasonal living
- Yoga nidra scripts for each season
- Yin sequencing theory
Upon leaving this course, you will be able to offer yin classes, integrate yin into more dynamic classes and have material to offer yin workshops for each season. The manual will include element based sequences, seasonal practices, a yoga nidra script for each season and much more. We do suggest that you train in yoga nidra before offering the scripts in class settings.
Requirements/ Who is this training for? This course is suitable for all yoga teachers who would like to offer yin yoga classes and workshops, as well as for those who simply wish to spend time exploring the practice and embracing the cycles of nature. The course is also open to those who are not teachers, but would like to spend time deepening their understanding of yin and its philosophy. Certificates will only be given to qualified teachers.
