In this intimate two hour meditation workshop you will be guided through a series of meditations designed to leave you feeling deeply connected to yourself, your purpose, and your world.

Join Erika for a 2 hour journey of restorative and mindfulness. We will explore postures that will relax the body and allow us to tap into our mental capacity to work with our thoughts and mindsets.

Life can become overwhelming and we can at times get caught up in negative ruts focusing on all that is not right. A mindfulness practice of gratitude allows us to bring our attention to the things that we can be grateful for. Cultivating this mindset on a daily basis can bring change not only to how we perceive things, but also to the actions we put out there, enhancing our lives and the lives of others.
